Service schedules sit alongside the client terms and the accepted order. They define what is particular to each service.
Social Media Management
The order must identify the channels, content volume or capacity model, community-management scope, approval route, scheduling authority, escalation rules and reporting frequency. Publication requires the necessary platform access and authority. Regulated/high-risk content can require additional approval.
SEO
The scope must identify the website(s), technical/content/local work included, implementation responsibility and reporting. No ranking or indexing guarantee is given.
Email Marketing
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about list provenance and marketing permissions. The service scope identifies platform, audience, campaign volume, template work, approval, sending responsibility and reporting.
Paid Advertising
The schedule identifies platforms, management fee, separate media spend, budget authority, conversion objective, landing-page dependency, approval controls and reporting. Media spend is not represented as Social Piggy revenue.
Content & Creative
The order identifies formats, quantities/capacity, revision/approval process, asset rights, brand rules and publication responsibility.
Website Design & Management
The schedule identifies pages/features, content responsibility, accessibility/performance target approach, third-party software, hosting/domain provider, backups, maintenance, change requests, launch acceptance and post-launch management.
Marketing MOT
The MOT is an assessment and prioritised recommendation. It does not include implementation unless the order expressly says so.
Campaigns
The campaign schedule identifies the objective, campaign period, channels, deliverables, approvals, third-party spend, tracking and close-out report.
