Mobile QA should prove that somebody can read, navigate and complete the task—not simply that the layout fits the screen.

Check reflow

WCAG 2.2 reflow guidance expects most content to work at an equivalent 320 CSS pixel width without horizontal-and-vertical scrolling together.

Check interactions

Menus, form controls, errors, buttons and focus states need to remain usable when space is tight.

Check the full journey

Complete the contact, quote, booking or purchase action and verify the success/error state too.
