Good marketing needs trust as well as ideas. This is how we aim to work before, during and after a project.
Your accounts stay yours
Core business, social and advertising accounts should remain under appropriate customer control. We request only the access needed for the agreed work.
Approvals are agreed
We define who can approve content, what needs sign-off and how changes are handled before publishing responsibility becomes unclear.
Scope is visible
Deliverables, responsibilities, third-party costs and dependencies are set out before work begins. A bigger bundle is not automatically a better answer.
Evidence beats vanity
We agree useful measures for the job and review what activity contributes to them. Likes can be useful context, but they are not automatically a business outcome.
No invented promises
We do not guarantee search rankings, reach, leads or sales that depend on platforms, competitors, demand and customer decisions.
You should understand the plan
If the marketing cannot be explained in plain English, it needs simplifying. You should know what we are doing and why it earns its place.
